AT THIS TIME ALL DELIVERIES ARE AIMED AT BEING DELIVERED ON A 3-5 WORKING DAY DELIVERY SCHEDULE. AS ALWAYS DELIVERIES ARE MADE USING A 3RD PARTY CONTRACTOR, YOU WILL NOT BE ASKED TO SIGN FOR YOUR DELIVERY SO PLEASE CHECK YOUR ORDER OVER CAREFULLY ASAP AND CONTACT US WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIPT WITH ANY DISCREPANSIES.

Deliveries are sub contracted & classed as kerbside only, meaning they will be delivered to the nearest safe and easily accessible point on or near your property and we have no control over the drivers or the vehicles & have no responsibility for accidental damage to property or personal injury claim and anything such like must be addressed to the contractor. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that there is suitable & safe access. The driver will not be able to move the products you have ordered. As our deliveries are made using a pallet truck and our pallets are very heavy we are not able to deliver pallets on to gravel driveways or soft surface such as grass or soil. We can only deliver onto hard, level, smooth surfaces such as concrete or block paving. When your delivery arrives always check that you have received the correct products and that you are happy with everything while the driver is still on site. If the delivery environment is deemed unsafe or the access is not adequate the goods will not be delivered and the customer is liable for the costs that ensue. All damages or shortages must be reported within 48hrs of receipt. Delivery times can be subject to change & are purely best estimates. All lead times are quoted with goodwill, but we cannot be responsible for any failure to meet these or any consequential loss. Due to unforeseen circumstances hauliers and couriers at times cannot complete delivery at the specified date. The failure to deliver on the arranged date does not account a breakage in the contract between the buyer and seller and there is no entitlement to damages or compensation. The customer or a dedicated representative of the customer must be present at the point of delivery

We highly recommend ordering samples prior to any full order being placed so you are totally happy with the colour and style of the tile you have chosen. Fixed tiles constitute acceptance of their quality and responsibility lies with the fitter that the correct methods and materials have been used. This includes adhesives, grouts and cleaning/sealing products.

Order deposits, a non refundable order fee of 50% value of the order (unless other amount agreed) can be made against any order to secure stock and deliveries, in store only and must be paid in full within 30 days, unless otherwise agreed under extreme circumstances. Orders made online must be paid in full. Cancelled or fully returned orders, ordered online only must be sent back to store within 30 days from original purchase date at the buyers own cost and are subject to restocking charges of 20%. Returned items must come back in full unopened boxes (broken tiles cannot be accepted). We do not accept any cancellations, return of orders or purchases made in store. We do not accept returns from any over ordered items made in store or online. Due to the nature & strict storage conditions of Cementous fixing products (Adhesives, Grouts & Levelling Compounds) we are unable to accept any return on these products.

Tile, stone and glass supplies may vary from those on display in the showroom, this is due to the manufacturing process. Colour, shade and curvature (tolerance is 0.5% of the length of any side) differences are inherent features during manufacture from batch to batch. Therefore we recommend that the purchaser and fixer are both happy with their order before fixing as we cannot consider claims once fitted.

Whyt Tile Company and its employees are not professional fitters and do not offer that service. We can simply advise customers and would always recommend seeking the advice from a professional before undertaking any work.
